Chief Marketing Officer
Swelis International is a product-focused tech studio building tools for creation, connection, and play. They are seeking a CMO Co-Founder to own growth end-to-end and help turn strong products into inevitable brands.
Computer Software
Responsibilities
Go-to-market strategy across our product launches (starting with Hosting + Connect/Scheduler)
Positioning & messaging that cuts through noise (no fluff, no generic SaaS voice)
Acquisition systems: paid, organic, partnerships, affiliates, creator programs
Content engine: short-form video strategy, founder-led content, narrative campaigns, distribution
Pricing + packaging input (work closely with product to make growth easier)
Community building (Discord/social media community loops where it fits, especially gaming/creator audiences)
Metrics & experimentation: clear hypotheses, fast tests, weekly iteration cadence
Qualification
Required
You've driven growth for a product from 0→1 (and ideally 1→10)
Strong instincts for brand + performance (you can do both, or you can hire/manage both)
You can write, ship, test, learn - without needing a big team to start
Comfortable with early-stage chaos: you're calm, direct, and you finish what you start
Preferred
Creator economy / influencer marketplace experience
Gaming / Minecraft communities, affiliates, or subscription products
EU/US market knowledge and a feel for culture + distribution
Having a personal brand on TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram with good engagement
