Good Automation Skills in Automation Framework POM (Page Object Model)
Good QA Concepts and needs to lead the Team and work as an Individual Contributor
Work with Offshore Team and help if required
Needs to pick up quickly and needs to become strong SME within short time for that application
Team Lead will work with different Team / Projects
Automation Tester in C# Programming Language
Needs to prepare Test Plan Document and provide Effort Estimation for upcoming projects for both manual and automation Teams
QA Metrics needs to share to Top Management on weekly / Bi-Weekly basis by Team Lead
