They are seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to strengthen referral relationships and increase dental implant and periodontal case flow through strategic outreach and professional education.

Responsibilities
Build and expand a strong network of Core and Premier referral partners
Strengthen existing relationships to increase loyalty and high-value cases
Confidently discuss implant workflows, treatment planning, and specialty services
Provide referring offices with education, resources, and support to improve case acceptance
Develop and implement an annual outreach plan, including office visits, study clubs, workshops, and seasonal events
Align activities with strategic opportunities for increased implant and periodontal case flow
Conduct regular in-person visits, including drop-ins, scheduled meetings, and lunch-and-learns
Represent the practice at professional meetings, CE events, and local community functions
Track referral activity, implant case trends, partner engagement, and event outcomes
Use data insights to refine strategies and focus on high-impact initiatives
Coordinate study clubs, workshops, and collaborative CE events
Plan and host events that celebrate partnerships and strengthen long-term loyalty
Support online engagement by highlighting clinical expertise and collaborative successes
Increasing referral volume and quality
Enhancing implant case acceptance
Strengthening the practice’s professional reputation
Building a connected, loyal, engaged referral community
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or account management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and sustain long-term professional relationships
Critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset
Preferred
Experience in dental implant sales, specialty dental sales, or medical device sales with strong clinical exposure
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field
