Responsibilities
To formalize the project management process that are already defined
To refine it and coordinate the development of the measurement system
Report monthly / weekly on the status of the projects running in the company
Should be part of project planning, execution, requirement gathering with project leadership team
Provide detailed reports to higher level manager / customer on a weekly basis to showcase the progress of the project
Work collaboratively with Partners/Vendors as per project requirement
Setting up a timeline for milestones created as part of project plan
