Responsibilities
Nonfunctional tester 5yrs + with experience creating and conducting these types of tests from an infrastructure point of view: server Shakedown, Operability, Negative, Failover, Custom Monitoring, and Fallback/Fall Forward testing
Back-end systems experience (ability to log into and navigate/manipulate systems, such as stop/start/restart/failover). Proficiency or a minimum of Strong hands-on experience in technologies with regards to Non-Functional testing such as: WebSphere, MQ, Linux/Unix (including knowledge of Unix commands), Network (load-balancing/F5), Windows Server, Cluster, Git Bash, etc
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, VISIO (infra diagram) 5yrs
Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL, DB2), and APIs, and how they are used with Applications
PMLC 5yrs , Cloud 5yrs+ , Azure 3yrs+ , Large technology infrastructure 5yrs
Knowledge of Agile / Waterfall methodologies 5yrs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate highly technical concepts to our partners
Solid decision-making, innovation, and creativity in solving problems, resolving conflicts and meeting project requirements
Flexible and able to adapt to change easily
Organized, self-motivated/self-driven and goal oriented
Demonstrate sound time management skills
Willingness to take ownership of tasks and see them through to successful completion
Qualification

Degree Required: Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
5-7 years relevant experience
Preferred
CSTE/CMST certification
Excellent coaching skills with a desire to share knowledge with others
Familiarity with Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC) and Agile methodologies
Support Lean approach of metrics, visual status boards, performance dialogues, continuous improvement process
