Responsibilities
Understanding of end-to-end testing process / post go live services / process automation and documenting the same is a critical competency
Test Delivery and Quality Assurance
Oversee end-to-end test delivery across projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget
Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases in collaboration with project teams
Monitor and analyze test results, identify trends, and propose corrective actions to continuously improve quality
Presales / Testing / test automation services is needed
Experience working with testing tools / platforms (Test automation, performance, test management)
Experience in presales, proposal making, presenting the solutions to the clients would be an added advantage
Understand different effort estimation methodologies and apply them to specific proposals is critical skill for the role
Experience in handling large testing deals
Good articulation and analysis skills is a must for the role
