Sales Engineer
RecruiterForceAI is partnering with a fast-growing event management software company that delivers powerful, scalable solutions for exceptional events. They are looking to hire a Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant to support the sales team with product demonstrations, technical expertise, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, tailored product demonstrations to prospective customers
Partner closely with Sales to support the full pre-sales lifecycle
Understand customer requirements and map them to product capabilities
Answer technical and functional questions during demos and evaluations
Provide technical support during trials, proof-of-concepts, and onboarding phases
Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back to Product and Sales teams
Maintain deep knowledge of the platform, features, and integrations
Support RFPs, technical documentation, and solution proposals where required
Qualification
Required
Experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Support
Proven track record of delivering product demos to customers or prospects
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — confident presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
Comfortable working in a customer-facing, consultative role
Solid technical aptitude and ability to quickly understand SaaS platforms
Experience supporting customers in a B2B software environment
Preferred
Experience with event management, event tech, or SaaS platforms
Understanding of integrations, APIs, or CRM systems
Background working with enterprise or mid-market customers
Experience supporting sales teams in a high-growth environment
