Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between business users (Operations, Compliance, Technology) and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements
Analyze and document functional and technical requirements related to Client Impact
Support system configuration, new functionality deployment, and module enhancements within the Impact platform
Execute functional testing (UAT), data validation, and assist in migration processes
Coordinate with Client and external vendors to resolve issues, implement upgrades, and manage system enhancements
Maintain up-to-date documentation of business processes, system parameters, and configuration settings
Contribute to regulatory and operational efficiency projects involving the platform
