P&C Insurance domain experience is must
Hands-on experience on MS Sql, Data modeling, ADF and Azure ADLS, Data Bricks and CICD as Data lead
Strong team leadership with demonstrated experience building and managing high-performing teams that rise to new challenges
Inspiring leader with a track-record of attracting and retaining great talent, raising the bar, and communicating with clarity and alignment
Deep experience leading data and analytics organizations within a complex multi-national organization
Proven history of successfully delivering data and analytics projects on time, on budget with high quality
Insurance experience will be preferred as will need to work from start
