10 years on Oracle systems (5 to 10 years on MSSQL Servers a plus)
The ability to troubleshoot data problems based on latency and have the ability to write analysis, findings, and recommendations so that non db folks will understand
10 to 15 years' experience with the SQL language (5 to 10 years writing functions and PLSQL) development
Collaborate with core team members of a system; fellow database developers, BSAs, Application Developers, project managers, testers, etc
Performance tuning experience
