Responsibilities

Process, fund, and disburse consumer loans, including Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC’s), ensuring compliance with all lending regulations

Educate members on loan options, rates, terms, and collateral requirements while ensuring proper documentation is collected and validated

Efficiently handle loan inquiries from members, dealers, and internal teams, providing clear explanations and technical support

Collaborate with member advisors and branch staff to facilitate smooth loan processing and closing

Prepares DMV documents for title transfer

Identify members’ needs and handle members’ objections without assistance

Effectively manage time, urgent requests, and maintain accuracy

Willingness to take on tasks without being asked

Maintain and follow-up on pending files

Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and Saturdays

Perform such other duties as they are assigned
