Senior LevelThe Dignify Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior SAP Project/ Program Manager to oversee data migration projects within the discrete manufacturing industry, particularly in Aerospace & Defense. The role involves acting as the main point of contact for data migration activities, coordinating with various teams, and managing project schedules and deliverables.

Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for all data migration activities internally and with customer
Coordinate with PEO product team on synchronizing deliveries. Work with solution architects on distributing project responsibilities and evaluating core impacts
Manage full schedule and be responsible for the recurring meetings with the customer
Schedule all necessary design review sessions between customer and consulting team
Track completion of design documents and coordinate with offshore Project Manager on reporting development status by object
Prioritize what the offshore development team should work on, and assemble the full team, as required, to have additional calls to discuss urgent issues
Manage data migration deliverables with customer (e.g., Functional specs, data maps, test plans, code releases, etc.)
Keep PEO configuration and SAP OSS notes in-sync between internal and customer systems. Notes will need to be applied to address defects found onsite by the customer, standard product team enhancements delivered satisfy customer requirements, and issues discovered by data migration team. This configuration and notes could be for any applicable module that impacts PEO. - Manage what customer meetings the US Based data migration team participates in
Oversee the burn between estimated hours and actual hours and manage full-team vacation tracker
Qualification
Required
Candidate must have managed multiple data migration projects from Explore thru Run phase
Candidate must have worked in the discrete manufacturing industry, preferably on an Aerospace & Defense account in the US
Candidate must have supported customers with challenging requirements and demanding timelines
