Responsibilities
Experience working in customer environment, managing client stakeholders and their business priorities
Strong P&C domain experience
Experience defining Test Strategy, Test Plans
Manage onshore/offshore and client interaction and stakeholder communication as per the business needs
Supervise entire team and responsible for timely and quality deliveries
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC (Waterfall and Agile)
Test Consulting and assessment in test automation / test process standardization, lead assessment exercise
Strong understanding of SQL concepts - must have experience in Oracle, SQL Server databases
Ensure test coverage and Requirement traceability
Review test scenarios and test cases
Must have work experience in various Manual testing areas - Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing and End-to-End Testing
Update all documentation with task details and provide regular updates to team
Should have Experience in developing and maintaining overall Test methodology and strategy, Test Estimation, creating Test plans, Test cases and executing Tests cases
Test Execution Reports and Test Exit Reports
KPI and Metrics. Status and Risk Reporting
Interact with the development/BA team to triage defects and requirement clarifications
Work independently and demonstrate ownership on tasks assigned
Excellent Communication skills
Qualification
Required
12-14 Years of experience working in a role delivery of large multifunctional projects
Experience working in customer environment, managing client stakeholders and their business priorities
