Responsibilities

Direct all phases of client programs, from inception through completion

Work with all program stakeholders including utility clients, area contractors, and customers

Lead by example and strategically manage a ~$11M residential and commercial portfolio of Energy Efficiency programs

Monitor and drive performance across established business metrics (budgeting, financial forecasting, workforce utilization, client satisfaction, etc.)

Be the expert and primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, performance, and any other performance indicators

Lead, develop, and grow a team of 25+ by applying proper performance management, goal planning, talent management reviews, succession planning, and career development discussions

Contribute to or lead the creation, review, and execution of contracts

Manage risk (identification, management, and resolution) for the entire portfolio of programs & projects

Required

Candidates must reside in San Antonio, Texas to be considered

Over 8 years of progressive people management experience, with a track record of positive career growth from past team members

Bachelor's degree required

Proficient experience in creating, articulating, and delivering financial modeling/analysis, forecasting, and budgeting success

Confidence in quickly getting up to speed with Adaptive and other business platforms

The relentless desire to continue to learn and grow professionally

Preferred

Energy Efficiency experience is preferred, but not required

Post-graduate education a plus
