Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
Analytical and strategic mindset with excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Relevant experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
