Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 10 years of experience
Capital Markets - Brokerage and Custody Knowledge - Account set up, Ledger management, position management, clearing and settlement, trade life cycle, messaging standards such as SWIFT/ISO, FIX
Business Analysis discipline experience - elicitation of requirements, white boarding, group interviewing and workshops, documentation in Confluence and Jira, Business analysis models such as flowcharts, decision tables etc
Agile experience - Backlog refinement and grooming
Some information technology awareness - SQL, GUI and wireframes
