The Business Development Manager - Contractor Sales will focus on building relationships with contractors, pursuing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through strategic planning and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualification
Required
Sales and Business Development skills, with a proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and meet revenue targets
Strong Relationship Management and Client Service skills to build and sustain contractor partnerships
Strategic Planning and Marketing Collaboration skills for developing sales strategies and aligning with marketing efforts
Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present products and close sales
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Industry knowledge of home design, construction, or renovation is highly preferred
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
