Work experience in the insurance/reinsurance industry is a plus
Proven experience as a Power BI Developer and Data Analyst, with a strong background in the reinsurance industry or related financial services
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data Modeling
Solid experience with SQL and data manipulation tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
Expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and data visualization techniques
Ability to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement based on data analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and effectively
Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders and gathering requirements
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis, report development, and documentation
Qualification
Required
BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or related field
Proven experience as a Power BI Developer and Data Analyst, with a strong background in the reinsurance industry or related financial services
