Technology: Web Dev (Java, NodeJS, ReactJS), IOS, Mobile Apps need Hands on
Candidates having practical experience with more than four years of industry experience, which includes two years of experience on mobile application development with deep understanding of React native and other modern technologies
Candidates having exceptional design skills with attention to detail, experience of building complex components with an intuitive API
Candidates should also have excellent problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills and a passion for engineering excellence
Candidates should be proficient in developing complex components for data visualization and analysis
Also, candidates should work on some of the cutting-edge mobile technologies and apply them to solve complex and challenging problems, including real-time mobile, data analytics solutions etc
Candidates should communicate with stakeholders to understand their pain points and build solutions to address their concerns
Also, participate in project planning, design, scoping and prioritization discussions
Candidates who can drive continued process improvements in development, testing, code maintenance, and product performance
Alongside, manage junior resources, help them in their career growth, resolve conflicts, motivate, and unlock their full potential
Qualification

More than four years of industry experience
Two years of experience on mobile application development
Deep understanding of React Native and other modern technologies
