Prior consulting or professional services experience in Finance transformation
Familiarity with technology enablement for Finance (ERP, EPM, analytics platforms) — ability to frame strategy implications, not hands-on system delivery
Experience aligning Finance strategy to enterprise transformation programs (Operations, Commercial, Data/AI)
Ability to synthesize complex stakeholder inputs into actionable strategies and roadmaps
