Sales Manager (Account Executives)

Responsibilities
Be a mentor, leader, and coach for your team – driving revenue results and helping them realize their full potential
Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable to performance expectations
Coach your sales team by directly participating in client meetings, creating and executing account strategies to drive deals forward efficiently and reporting on pipeline
Our customers are often quality managers and work in the life-sciences space. You must love taking a consultative sales approach with many different personas
Influencing cross-functionally at the leadership level
Scaling your impact and influencing strategic decisions through cross-functional partnership
Influencing at the leadership level
Forecasting team pipeline and delivering on quarterly objectives
Qualification
Required
8+ years of total sales experience
4+ years of SaaS selling experience as an individual contributor
4+ years of people management experience
Fluency in various qualification frameworks and sales methodologies – ability to adapt to new methodologies as business needs dictate
Aptitude in managing sales cycles with regulation and compliance needs
Passion to build a customer first, high performing sales culture
Competency in navigating a complex decision team
Innate curiosity to fully understand customer needs & requirements
