Responsibilities
Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
Work with developers, product owners, and stakeholders
Resolve conflicts and negotiate effectively
Empower the team rather than direct them
Remove impediments and foster a self-organizing culture
Identify bottlenecks and risks early
Adapt processes to fit team and organizational needs
Understand velocity, burndown charts, and other Agile metrics
Interpret data for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Agile and Scrum Expertise
Deep understanding of Scrum framework, roles, artifacts, and ceremonies
Knowledge of Agile principles and other frameworks (Kanban, SAFe)
Ability to lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Coaching teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
Strong interpersonal skills to work with developers, product owners, and stakeholders
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Focus on empowering the team rather than directing
Removing impediments and fostering a self-organizing culture
Identifying bottlenecks and risks early
Adapting processes to fit team and organizational needs
