Assist clients in obtaining mortgage loans by evaluating financial information, providing guidance, and recommending suitable loan options
Review and process loan applications
Collaborate with underwriters and finance teams
Maintain strong relationships with customers by offering exceptional service throughout the lending process
Stay informed about current lending practices and regulations
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Loan Origination and experience working as a Loan Officer
Knowledge of Underwriting principles and practices
Strong background in Finance and familiarity with mortgage products
Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess financial information
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
Working experience with loan or financial software is a plus
