Responsibilities
Candidate should have a good exposure in HCM Data Loader (HDL)
Exposure in Fusion Business Process Management (BPM), Approval workflow will be plus
Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects
Hands on experience with Fusion Reporting tools like BIP and OTBI
Hands on experience with Oracle Talent Management, Oracle Performance Management, Oracle Goal Management
Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion Core HR is must
Experience on HCM Extracts will be must
Worked as a Technical Resource for given Oracle Talent Management Implementation project
Provide configuration training and consultation on best practices, short-term impacts and long-term considerations
Provide technical guidance and consultation on Integrations, Conversion, Security and Reporting
Manage configuration prototype for review and validation
Create baseline configuration workbooks from Talent and Learning
Provide recommendations towards cross-platform configuration choices that optimize the employee experience
Qualification
