Program Analyst I
Alluvionic is a woman-owned solutions provider seeking to hire a Program Analyst I to support the U.S. Marshals Service’s Office of Professional Responsibility. This role will focus on financial analysis, reporting, and administrative support to ensure accurate tracking of resources and efficient office operations.

Responsibilities
Processes financial documents and transactions utilizing the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS)
Reviews accounting practices to ensure compliance with other Federal laws and regulations (e.g., Single Audit Act), generally accepted Government accounting practices, and relevant Office of Management and Budget circulars
Identifies corrective actions for improper or illegal expenditures and accounting funds
Reviews and analyzes annual financial statements to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, program policies, and procedures
Tracks and monitors expenditures, burn rate reports, and contract actions to ensure the Program Office adheres to the approved budget plan
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
One year of reviewing and analyzing financial statements to ensure accuracy, compliance with laws and regulations, and adherence to program policies and procedures
Demonstrated experience supporting budget execution throughout a full fiscal year cycle, including monitoring obligations, expenditures, and reallocations
Proven ability to prepare, analyze, and present the status of funds reports and other financial data to senior leadership for informed decision-making
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data modeling, complex formulas) and strong working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
Must be US Citizen
Clearance Required: Yes – Obtain a Public Trust
Preferred
Experience supporting financial management or budget operations in a federal agency or law enforcement environment
Familiarity with DOJ/USMS financial systems, processes, and reporting requirements
Knowledge of federal appropriations law, fiscal regulations, and budget execution principles
Experience with audit support, reconciliations, or internal controls to ensure financial integrity
