Responsibilities
Manage an integrated Microsoft Project schedule for 10+ workstreams; coordinate with State resources
Maintain task dependencies, milestones, and critical paths
Ensure schedules meet Federal standards and submit weekly updates
Perform resource leveling and calculate CPI, SPI, BEI
Track and submit contract deliverables and artifacts to State repositories
Manage risks and issues to ensure on-time delivery
Lead and participate in ~25 standing meetings weekly
Qualification
Required
5+ years managing complex schedules in Microsoft Project
5+ years of IT Project Management experience
3+ years hands-on SDLC experience
2+ years with enterprise data warehouse solutions
2+ years working with State Government
PMP and PMI-SP certifications
Preferred
Experience facilitating JAD sessions
Healthcare / HIE / EDI experience
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Visio
