Assistant Professor, Finance (Tenure Track/Tenure-Eligible)
The University of Arizona's Eller College of Management is seeking a tenure-eligible Assistant Professor in Finance to begin in August 2026. The role involves conducting impactful scholarly research in finance, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, and mentoring students while contributing to departmental and university service.

Responsibilities
Conduct significant and impactful scholarly research in finance resulting in publications in leading academic journals
Teach in undergraduate and/or graduate programs and mentor students
Participate in meaningful service to the department, college, university, and academic community
Qualification
Required
PhD in Finance or a related field from an accredited institution by the start date
All candidates are required to submit a Cover Letter and Curriculum Vitae
Candidates are also required to submit the following in the Additional Document slots: Job market paper, Research statement, Teaching statement and evidence of teaching effectiveness, Contact information for three references who will provide recommendation letters
Preferred
Preference will be given to candidates with an active research portfolio featuring cutting-edge areas such as AI and Fintech
Experience teaching university-level finance courses in person or online
