6+ years of hands-on configuration experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, including Commercial and/or Specialty Lines
Experience working on the Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP)
Proficiency in Gosu programming language and Guidewire configuration framework
Hands-on experience managing SBT for PolicyCenter
Strong understanding of Guidewire’s product model and P&C policy lifecycle
Experience with version control tools, CI/CD practices, and agile delivery methodologies
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable PolicyCenter solutions
Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Specialist certification
Exposure to commercial rating engines and ISO bureau content
Understanding of regulatory compliance for commercial lines products
