Responsibilities
Respond to warm inquiries from individuals who requested information online, by phone, or through mail
Deliver a positive customer service experience through scheduled Zoom or phone appointments
Educate clients on available options and help them complete straightforward applications
Follow a step-by-step system that removes guesswork and supports long-term success
Work remotely with full training, tools, and back-office support provided
5–10 hours per week on outreach and follow-ups
10–20 hours per week meeting with customers
5–10 hours per week on training, development, and administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer service, teaching, hospitality, retail, or administrative roles
Dependable, professional, and comfortable speaking with people
Desire for a remote role with training and a clear growth path
Self-motivated and open to coaching
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident willing to complete licensing and a background check
