Experience managing and supervising patent prosecution, due diligence and FTO work, including handling large global client portfolios and leading client meetings
Experience supervising and training technical specialists and junior attorneys
Qualification
Required
3+ years of patent prosecution experience relating to bio/pharma
Experience managing and supervising patent prosecution, due diligence and FTO work, including handling large global client portfolios and leading client meetings
Experience supervising and training technical specialists and junior attorneys
Educational background in vaccines, mRNA technology, biochemistry, peptide chemistry, gene therapy, immunology, or antibodies is required
USPTO admission required as well as state bar admission in Massachusetts or the District of Columbia
Excellent client-facing and leadership skills
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S
Preferred
Advanced degree is strongly preferred
