They are seeking a full-time Service Technician to conduct maintenance and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.

Responsibilities
Conducting maintenance and repair of refrigeration, air conditioning, and related equipment
Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues
Performing field service calls
Ensuring the functionality of equipment such as bakery ovens, meat grinders, proofers, and other specialized machinery
Providing excellent customer service
Maintaining positive client relationships
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair, with the ability to service diverse refrigeration and specialized equipment
Expertise in Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and technical issues
Experience in Field Service, with a focus on independently managing on-site repairs and maintenance tasks
Strong Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with clients and uphold customer satisfaction
Ability to work independently and handle emergency service calls as needed
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical ability to manage tools, equipment, and perform tasks in different environments
Preferred
Relevant certifications or technical training in refrigeration, HVAC, or similar fields are a plus
