They are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Solar Design Project Manager to play a key role in the design and development of solar and energy storage systems, ensuring customer needs and industry standards are met.

Responsibilities
Design solar and energy storage systems, ensuring they meet technical specifications and customer requirements
Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and provide technical support during the sales process
Manage customer interactions to discuss and implement change orders as needed, ensuring customer satisfactionPrepare detailed technical drawings, schematics, and other documentation to support project execution
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all components meet design specifications and are delivered on time
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and best practices to continually improve system designs
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during project implementation
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Preferred
Experience in solar system design and energy storage systems (ESS) is highly preferred
Advantage to candidates with understanding of solar PV technology, system components
