Develop and implement algorithms for data analysis, graph-based modeling, and machine learning
Develop and maintain (Python-based) software for data processing pipelines
Work with large-scale biomedical datasets
Contribute to research
Study publications and other sources of information to gain relevant knowledge
Collaborate with team members on AI-based projects for biological discovery
Document workflows, code, and datasets for reproducibility
Prepare data summaries, figures, and reports for publications and grant proposal submissions
Contribute to writing research publications and presentations if applicable
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate with a background in Machine Learning and Computer Science or related field
Experience in developing and implementing algorithms for data analysis, graph-based modeling, and machine learning
Experience in developing and maintaining Python-based software for data processing pipelines
Ability to work with large-scale biomedical datasets
Ability to contribute to research
Ability to study publications and other sources of information to gain relevant knowledge
