Responsibilities
Lead formulation development for solid oral and injectable products from early development through NDA-ready stages
Design robust formulations, QbD strategies, and scalable processes suitable for GMP manufacturing
Prepare and author formulation development reports and support regulatory submissions
Manage and collaborate with external CROs and CMOs for method transfer, validation, and GMP testing
Contribute to overall technical strategy and development decision-making
Qualification
Required
10+ years of formulation development experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Strong background in solid oral dosage forms; injectable experience is strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience supporting products from early development through late-stage / NDA submission
Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in a lean, high-accountability environment
PhD or advanced degree in Pharmaceutics or Pharmaceutical Sciences
Preferred
Injectable experience is strongly preferred
