Responsibilities
Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines across multiple role types
Manage structured candidate outreach and follow-ups
Conduct initial candidate screenings when required (short written or recorded responses)
Partner daily with an assigned recruiter to align on hiring priorities and market insights
Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of sourcing activity
Support basic automation, ATS, and CRM tasks (training provided)
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing (agency or in-house)
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
Ability to manage high-volume sourcing in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred
Experience recruiting for technology roles is an asset, but not required
