Insurance Sales Regional Manager

Ai United insurance is seeking a skilled and dedicated Regional Sales Manager to oversee multiple retail auto insurance sales stores. The role involves providing leadership, developing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance while driving sales performance in the designated region.

Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership and guidance to district managers and sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and training to achieve sales targets and excel in their roles
Assist the team in meeting sales goals for the district, monitor their progress regularly, and implement strategies to boost performance and meet or exceed targets
Coach, mentor, and develop district managers and sales representatives to foster a high-performing and motivated sales team
Work closely with the HR department to identify and recruit for sales representative positions
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with overall company objectives and drive revenue growth
Keep abreast of competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential opportunities and challenges within the region
Conduct regular performance evaluations of district managers and sales reps, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans where necessary
Work closely with the operations department to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the sales stores, focusing on maximizing productivity and minimizing operational costs
Ensure that all sales activities comply with carrier regulations and company policies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven track record of success in sales management within the insurance industry, preferably in the non-standard market
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their full potential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with team members and clients
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and drive sales strategies
Flexibility to travel within the region as required
Driver's License (Required)

Preferred

Experience in the auto insurance sector is a definite plus
Insurance sales: 2 years (Preferred)
Insurance sales management: 2 years (Preferred)
Spanish (Preferred)
Limited Lines OR Property & Casualty (Preferred)
