Executive Assistant
Taily is a fast-growing consumer brand seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to support the CEO and COO. This role involves managing the executive's calendar, coordinating with teams and partners, and ensuring an organized office environment, all while requiring flexibility and discretion.

Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar with precision, foresight, and prioritization
Own inbox management, triage, and follow-ups
Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and meeting notes
Track action items and ensure deadlines are met
Coordinate internal teams and external partners
Assist with travel planning and logistics
Support general office organization, including keeping shared spaces neat, stocked, and operational
Be available for evenings, occasional weekends, and travel as needed
Anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience supporting a CEO or senior executive
Thrive in high-intensity, fast-moving environments
Proactive, detail-oriented, and decisive
Communicate clearly and follow through consistently
Take pride in maintaining an organized, professional workspace
Comfortable protecting executive time and setting boundaries on their behalf
Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana/Notion, etc.)
Based locally and able to work in-office
Available for evenings, occasional weekends, and travel as needed
Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
