Responsibilities

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and achieve required metrics for patient satisfaction
Utilize consultative selling techniques to connect with clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable medical aesthetic services
Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the patient's journey
Handle other tasks as assigned by management

Qualification

Required

5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients on a personal level
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Experience using a CRM tool
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to work weekends as required by business needs
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
