Preparing and reviewing legal documents

Offering strategic legal consulting to support the organization’s initiatives
Collaborating with the team to ensure that all organizational activities align with applicable legal and ethical standards
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Law, Legal Compliance, and handling Legal Issues
Experience with Legal Consulting and offering strategic legal advice
Expertise in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting and reviewing contracts or agreements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex legal matters
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Law or a relevant field
JD Student or New Graduate
Preferred
Familiarity with nonprofit organizations and related legal frameworks is a plus
