They are seeking an Entry Level Inside Sales Representative to drive B2B sales by prospecting, qualifying, educating, and closing prospective customers across various sectors including fleets and repair shops.

Responsibilities
Identify potential customers, create own lead list and also use lead lists from lead generators
Proactively call and email B2B prospects from targeted lead lists
Qualify prospects based on application, volume, and fit
Present TRIAX products clearly, confidently, and technically
Management and technical are there to assist in any stage of the sales process
Close new B2B accounts and onboard customers
Maintain and update CRM with accurate notes and deal status
Coordinate with operations on pricing, freight, and fulfillment
Upsell and expand existing B2B accounts over time
Qualification
Required
3+ years of inside sales or B2B phone sales experience ideal but not necessary
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Strong closing instincts and follow-up discipline
Clear, confident communicator (phone-first role)
Organized, self-directed, and performance-driven
Mechanical, automotive, industrial, or fleet background is a strong plus
Comfortable and proficient with email, Microsoft word, excel, etc
Preferred
Familiarity with lubricants, automotive fluids, or industrial products preferred but not required
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
