Responsibilities
Design and solve real-world video editing and storytelling scenarios to test AI reasoning
Write clear, structured explanations covering editing workflows, visual continuity, and creative decision-making
Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, technical quality, and alignment with professional editing standards
Collaborate with AI researchers to strengthen model understanding of editing logic, narrative flow, and visual storytelling principles
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience as a Film Editor, Video Editor, or Post-Production Specialist
Strong understanding of editing software and workflows (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
Excellent English communication and writing skills
Ability to explain technical and creative editing concepts clearly and concisely
