Responsibilities
Support senior leadership in executing corporate strategy, business planning, and growth initiatives
Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned business units or functions, ensuring efficiency and scalability
Partner with Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure adherence to U.S. regulatory and internal governance standards
Analyze financial and operational performance, prepare management reports, and present insights to executive leadership
Lead cross-functional projects related to crypto products, digital assets, trading, custody, payments, or infrastructure
Assist in developing policies, procedures, and internal controls aligned with best practices in financial services
Manage and mentor managers or team leads, fostering a high-performance and accountability-driven culture
Represent the company internally and externally with partners, vendors, and stakeholders as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
10–15+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, crypto, digital assets, or investment-related industries
Strong understanding of crypto markets, blockchain-based products, or digital financial infrastructure
Proven experience in operations management, strategy execution, or senior-level project leadership
Familiarity with U.S. financial regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management concepts
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and evolving environment
Preferred
Experience working in crypto exchanges, digital asset platforms, blockchain startups, or crypto-focused funds
Background in investment banking, asset management, consulting, or fintech operations
Exposure to scaling businesses or building processes from early to growth stages
