Equitable Advisors is a respected wealth management firm dedicated to helping clients secure their financial well-being. The Wealth Management Associate role involves developing client relationships and providing financial services that address evolving financial needs.
Responsibilities
Help clients secure their financial well-being by providing confidence to pursue long and fulfilling lives
Develop markets and sustain long-term relationships
Participate in local and national development programs as well as joint-work opportunities for hands-on experience
Encourage pursuit of professional designations including CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)
Participate in management opportunities for those wanting to advance into leadership
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
A four-year college degree is preferred but not required
We will help you navigate obtaining the required state licenses as well as sitting for the SIE which must be passed prior to onboarding
We will sponsor your pursuit of FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations which must be passed prior to onboarding
Results-driven, highly motivated, self-starter who possesses integrity, a strong work ethic and the desire to help others plan for and protect their financial futures
Team player who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities with a high degree of self-confidence
Ability to draw upon past/present experiences and acquaintances to develop markets and sustain long-term relationships
