Design and solve real-world retail and customer service scenarios to test AI reasoning
Write clear, structured responses covering sales strategies, team management, merchandising, and conflict resolution
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, professionalism, and operational insight
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience as a Retail Supervisor, Sales Lead, or Store Manager
Strong understanding of sales management, customer service standards, and performance metrics
Experience leading sales teams and managing daily store operations
Excellent English communication and reasoning skills
