Qualification
Required
Experience in retail management, team supervision, or customer service leadership
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory, staff scheduling, and daily operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and teamwork
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities for addressing customer concerns and operational challenges
Ability to work on-site during assigned shifts and maintain a positive work environment
Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet business goals
High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or education are advantageous
Bilingual is a must
Ability to push, pull and lift 50lbs
Preferred
Familiarity with WIC program guidelines and procedures is a plus
