Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles across engineering, AI, product, healthcare operations, sales, and leadership
Build and execute US market–focused talent acquisition strategies aligned with business and product growth
Partner closely with founders and hiring managers on role definition, workforce planning, and hiring priorities
Source, screen, interview, and close senior, niche, and leadership candidates
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, referrals, and direct outreach
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience aligned with US hiring, compliance, and healthcare industry expectations
Track and optimize recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance rates)
Strengthen RxGPT’s employer brand in the US healthtech talent market
Support onboarding and early HR process development as the company scales

Required

5–10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition with a strong focus on the US job market
Proven experience hiring for healthtech, SaaS, AI, or fast-growing startup environments
Solid understanding of US hiring practices, candidate expectations, and compliance fundamentals
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and HR systems
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a remote, early-stage, founder-led organization
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
