Diligente Technologies is seeking a Business Development Manager to provide total solutions in the IT staffing and recruiting industry. The role involves new business prospecting, generating customer leads, and driving client development through various sales activities.

Responsibilities
New business prospecting and development; including develop new customers
Generating new customer and sales leads, setting-up accounts
Drive new client development via market research, cold call prospecting, lead generation and consistent sales activities with a focus on complex sales opportunities
Develop and maintain a prospective customer pipeline within a targeted contingent labor spend category
Consistently move prospective customers through the sales cycle via organized follow up and monthly sales activity
Actively participate in networking opportunities to assist in identifying and seizing opportunities to develop new business
Promote company’s corporate image through participation in business organizations, community activities and customer relations
Qualification
Required
Staffing industry experience highly preferred
New business prospecting and development; including develop new customers
Generating new customer and sales leads, setting-up accounts
