Responsibilities
Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs
Build displays and end caps
Reset shelves with product rotation
Track inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities
Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, as well as onboarding new hires
Qualification
Required
Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
You're 18 years or older
Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
Have reliable transportation to and from work location
Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
Have experience leading and training people
Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
