Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

GreenLight ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Arizona, offering remote and hybrid work options. The BCBA will plan, develop, and monitor effective treatment for individuals with autism, collaborating with team members and providing supervision and training to RBTs.

Responsibilities

Conducts ABA program management for children with autism spectrum disorders
Conduct initial assessments
Supervise RBTs and conducts training and coaching
Collaborate with client’s treatment team and families to improve communicative, social, and behavioral outcomes for all clients
Facilitate parent training and support families to access community resources
Conduct supervision in client's home and through telehealth

Qualification

BCBA certificationArizona LBA8-hour supervisor trainingCPR & First AidBilingual

Required

Must have a current Arizona LBA!
Must be Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB
Must be willing to complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB
Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification
Must hold a valid drivers' license and maintain proper current insurance

Preferred

Bilingual is a plus
English (Preferred)
