Administrative Assistant
GPS Security is searching for a reliable and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support, maintain organized files, and assist with various office tasks.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondences
Maintain and organize files, records, and company documents
Schedule appointments, meetings, and staff assignments
Assist with data entry, reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Prepare documents such as invoices, letters, and internal reports
Support onboarding paperwork and staff coordination
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
